NetApp Storage Administrator (Secret clearance)
Quantico, VA**Current active DoD Secret clearance (or above) required**
Strategic Business Systems, Inc hiring a DoD Secret Cleared Senior NetApp Storage Administrator to provide onsite engineering services and guidance to the customer in Quantico, VA. It is important for the Administrator to have ownership, tackle any challenges or issues, and find solutions. The person must have a growth mindset and be able to partner with the customer and sales team.
The role is onsite (so need to be within reasonable driving distance).

Scope of the Role:
Weekly/Daily Meetings as part of the Enterprise Service Systems Team
Candidate needs to be a very good communicator and willing to work with other NetApp Engineers as framework followed is to hand equipment off to the Maintain and Operate team known as the Hybrid Cloud Services Teams (HCIS) formerly ECIS.
Candidate should have CASP+ or higher for administrator access to customer systems (can obtain CASP+ within 60 days of hire). Candidate Acts as interface between the USMC (MCCOG) and NetApp.
Candidate may need to travel abroad to Marine Corps OCONUS/CONUS sites 2 to 3 times for new hardware setup and data migration.
A Candidate that has experience with RedHat/Linux would be a plus as Cloud Data Sense/Cloud Manager has future potential for Customer Data Identification.

- Candidate needs experience in SnapCenter, Secure AIQ, Cluster OnTap, Snapmirror, Cohesity, Oncommand Insight (no scripting just operational).
- Candidate works with the Virtual Infrastructure team as well to deliver NFS Datastores, LUNs, CIFS shares and any plugins needed for VMWare 6.7 and upcoming 7.x builds.
- Customer uses Remedy for ticket requests.
